Al acceder y usar Activa Tu Luz ("el Servicio"), aceptas estar legalmente vinculada a estos Términos de Servicio. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses el Servicio.

Descripción del Servicio

Activa Tu Luz es un programa digital de 21 días que ofrece devocionales diarios, reflexiones guiadas, y herramientas de crecimiento espiritual para mujeres en transición personal. Precio: $27 USD — pago único.

Producto Digital — Política de No Reembolsos

⚠️ IMPORTANTE: Este es un producto digital con acceso instantáneo.

Al realizar tu compra, obtienes acceso inmediato y completo al contenido digital.

TODAS LAS VENTAS SON FINALES Y NO REEMBOLSABLES. No ofrecemos reembolsos, devoluciones, o créditos.

Al completar tu compra, reconoces y aceptas que:

  • El producto es digital con acceso inmediato
  • No hay reembolsos bajo ninguna circunstancia
  • Todas las ventas son finales

Licencia y Uso Permitido

4.1. Se te otorga una licencia personal, no transferible, no exclusiva para acceder y usar el Servicio.

  • Vender o revender el acceso

  • Eres responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de tu cuenta
  • Debes proporcionar información precisa y actualizada
  • Nos reservamos el derecho de suspender cuentas que violen estos términos

Todo el contenido (textos, imágenes, devocionales, etc.) es propiedad de Activa Tu Luz / Hacestek International, LLC y está protegido por leyes de derechos de autor.

Limitación de Responsabilidad

  • El Servicio se proporciona "tal cual" sin garantías de ningún tipo
  • No somos responsables de resultados específicos o transformaciones personales
  • Este no es un servicio de consejería profesional, terapéutico, o médico

Descripción: Mensajes de seguimiento en momentos clave de tu journey de 21 días.

Remitente: Activa Tu Luz / Hacestek International, LLC

Frecuencia: Máximo 5 mensajes por ciclo del programa (Días 0, 3, 7, 14 y 21). No enviamos mensajes SMS diarios ni promocionales.

Cancelar: Responde STOP a cualquier mensaje. Recibirás confirmación y no recibirás más mensajes.

Ayuda: Responde HELP a cualquier mensaje o contacta help@activatuluz.com.

Tarifas: Pueden aplicarse tarifas de mensajes y datos según tu plan de telefonía.

Disponible: Para números de EE.UU. (+1) únicamente. Compatibilidad puede variar según el operador.

Suscripción: Voluntaria mediante casilla desmarcada en app.activatuluz.com/auth tras el pago. La casilla no está preseleccionada.

Datos: Ninguna información móvil será compartida con terceros o afiliados con fines de marketing o promocionales bajo ninguna circunstancia.

Operadores compatibles incluyen: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile y MetroPCS. Los operadores no son responsables de mensajes retrasados o no entregados.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Activa Tu Luz ("the Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Service Description

Activa Tu Luz is a 21-day faith-based digital journaling program for women in personal transition, including guided devotionals, reflections, and a personalized final report. Price: $27 USD — one-time payment.

Digital Product — No Refund Policy

⚠️ IMPORTANT: This is a digital product with immediate access.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. No refunds, returns, or credits are offered once access has been granted.

License and Permitted Use

4.1. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and use the Service.

4.2. You may NOT:

  • Share your account with others
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute the content
  • Sell or resell access
  • Use the content for commercial purposes

User Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

Intellectual Property

All content — devotionals, audio, journal prompts, personalized report — is the intellectual property of Hacestek International, LLC and Francia Haces. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not responsible for specific results or personal transformations
  • This is not a professional counseling, therapeutic, or medical service

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting.

SMS Messaging Program

Program Name: Activa Tu Luz SMS Notifications

Description: Milestone check-in messages during your 21-day spiritual journey.

Sender: Activa Tu Luz / Hacestek International, LLC

Frequency: Up to 5 messages per program cycle — Day 0 (start), Day 3, Day 7, Day 14, Day 21 (completion). No daily or promotional messages.

Opt-Out: Reply STOP to cancel. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages will be sent.

Help: Reply HELP or email help@activatuluz.com.

Rates: Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-In: Voluntary. Unchecked checkbox at app.activatuluz.com/auth after Stripe payment. Not pre-selected.

Data: Your mobile number will never be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Supported carriers: AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States of America.
